Is this site secure to use?

It sure is. We use PayPal to process payments. So not even our staff get to see your payment details. PayPal is the World's biggest secure payment provider. Our website is built on the Shopify secure platform. All of your personal information is locked down tight with SSL Certificate.

 

When can I expect my order to be shipped after making an order?

As soon as you make the order you will receive the confirmation email which means your order is securely received. Your order will be processed and shipped usually within 1-3 days, but usually the very next day after your make the order. The rare exceptions are when we are running a special sale when it might take couple of days longer but never exceeding 5 days.

Once the order is sent to our logistics company for shipping, you will receive an additional email with shipping confirmation including your order tracking code and details on how to track the shipping status of the order.

 

When can I expect my order to arrive, what is the typical shipping/delivery time?

 

We work with different partners/manufacturers from USA, Europe and Asia in order to bring the best choice of apparel to our customers. That means that depending on the product ordered, it might be shipped from USA, Europe or Asia.

It may take anywhere from 10 - 30 days on average depending on the destination. In general, most typical shipping times from the day of shipping for different countries are listed below, also we measure shipping times in reality based on real shipping data of thousands of orders we shipped so far and state them in the brackets:

 

USA: Between 10-20 days (11 days on average) from shipping date
Canada: Between 10-20 days (11 days on average) from shipping date
Europe: Between 10-20 days (12 days on average) from shipping date
Australia: Between 10-20 days (12 days on average) from shipping date
All Others: Between 10-30 days from shipping date

     

    Shipping time is also highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country and might vary during the holiday or seasonal events.

    NOTE: We understand that these are perhaps a bit longer shipping times than expected, but keep in mind that these are custom designed items which cannot be found in regular stores and we work really hard to partner with many different manufacturers across the globe in order to provide you with the best and most unique selection so our customers find it well worth waiting for :) Additionally, we ship anywhere in the word and shipping is always free!

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the shipping confirmation email including the tracking code. 

     

    How quickly do you respond to email queries?

    We answer all email within 24-hour.

     

    I ordered something, but I want to cancel the order.

    You must contact us within 1 business day of placing the order to arrange an order change. You can do this by emailing info@unrivalled.online with your order number.

     

    I ordered something, but I want to change the item color or size.

    I ordered something, but I want to change the delivery address.

    You must contact us within 1 business day of placing the order to arrange an order change. You can do this by emailing info@unrivalled.online with your new delivery address.

     

    My order has arrived, but I received the wrong items.

    Please contact us at info@unrivalled.online and provide us with your order number. If we’re at fault, you can send us back the items and we’ll send you out the correct items at our cost (or issue a refund).

     

    I have received my item and I want to change the size or color.

    Where do you ship from?

    The majority of our inventory is shipped from our warehouses in China with a select few products from other distribution centers in the United States. That being said, sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times.

     

    I have received my item, but I want to return it.

    Please contact us at info@unrivalled.online and provide us with your order number. You can send us your item back and we will issue a refund. *Postage costs will be at your expense.

     

    Do you work with bloggers, social media influencers, models etc.?

    Generally, yes. If you are interested in some type of collaboration, please send us your information, link to your social media account and any other helpful information to info@unrivalled.online and we will get back to you.
